What the forms ask for
Name, email, mobile number, the state you practice in, your credential, how and how much you could teach, and whatever you type into the message box. If you go on to join the list you also send a CV, a copy of your license, a copy of your certification and a description of your practice.
Why we hold it
To work out whether a program will approve you, to show you openings that fit, to draft agreements, to pay you, and to file the tax form the law requires. None of it is sold, rented or passed to advertisers.
Who is able to see it
Coordinators. A program's placement office, but only once you have accepted one of its students and only the documents its handbook calls for. The payments provider that moves the deposits. The IRS, on a 1099-NEC, once the year reaches $600. Nobody else, absent your written instruction or a lawful order.
The live chat
The chat writes a random visitor identifier into your browser's local storage so one conversation can follow you between pages. It carries no personal detail of its own. Clearing site data removes it. No advertising cookies are set anywhere on this site.
How long it is kept
Applications that go nowhere are deleted after twelve months. Records for active preceptors are held while you are on the list and afterwards for as long as tax law requires. Write from the address on your record through the contact page to see, correct or erase what is held, and expect an answer inside ten business days.
